143 Mr. Perry asked the Minister for Education and Science if the old deed of variation will be furnished for Ballinacarrow national school (details supplied), County Sligo, to enable it to register the new deed of variation in accordance with the Education Act; and if he will make a statement on the matter. My Department's building unit has no record of a request from the school authorities of Ballinacarrow national school to furnish the old deed of variation for the school.
