420 Mr. McGuinness asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government if his attention has been drawn to an appeal under the provisions of the local government superannuation code by a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny; if so, the process in this regard; and when a decision will be made. The decision of the South-Eastern Health Board in relation to the superannuation award of the person concerned has been appealed to me. My Department has requested full details of the case from the health board. The appeal will be decided as soon as all the relevant information has been received and examined.
