107 Mr. Durkan asked the Minister for Finance if he has received submissions in respect of tax relief and reclamation of VAT for charities; if he will consider these in the context of the forthcoming budget; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [22011/99]

I have received submissions in respect of tax relief and reclamation of VAT by charities from the Irish Charities Tax Reform Group.

As with all other submissions, seeking reliefs of various kinds, this submission will be considered in the context of the forthcoming budget.
