311 Mr. Hayes asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government the consideration, if any, he has given to extending the right of postal voting to all persons who are working as presiding officers or election clerks at all national elections; and if he will consider this proposal in view of the fact that this group of people are frequently disenfranchised.
