The person named has still not responded to queries from the area aid unit in regard to his 1998 area aid application. No payments under 1998 schemes can issue until this matter has been satisfactorily resolved.
Payment of the 1999 sheep headage, including top-up, was made to the person named on 2 February 2000. He was not an applicant under the 1999 cattle headage scheme.
