The claim for further payment, which might be due to the person named by the Deputy, for losses incurred in 1999 as a result of the 30% destocking rate which was imposed at the end of 1998 under the interim commonage framework plan, has been examined. It had been established that no further payment is due and the person concerned is being notified accordingly.
