243 Mrs. T. Ahearn asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if he will report on the work of the interdepartmental task force regarding the plan of action on the rights of people with disabilities; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [8536/00]
The report of the inter-departmental task force on the report of the commission on the status of people with disabilities has been completed. The report charts the substantial progress made to date in implementing the recommendations of the commission and was published under the title Towards Equal Citizenship on 13 December 1999.
