81 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Rural Development if he will expedite a search of the records of the former Land Commission to facilitate headage and premia payments for a person (details supplied) in County Mayo. [9378/00]

A search of the records of the former Land Commission is under way with the aim of resolving the problem in this case. Any payments due will issue once the matter is clarified.
