337 Cecilia Keaveney asked the Minister for Arts, Heritage Gaeltacht and the Islands if she has responsibility for a building (details supplied) in County Donegal; the efforts, if any, being made to secure the premises from a health and safety perspective; and if she will make a statement on the matter. The property referred to by the Deputy is in the ownership of Donegal County Council and as such my Department has no function in its maintenance and upkeep.
