574 Ms Cooper-Flynn asked the Minister for Education and Science the reason a teacher (details supplied) in County Mayo is not in receipt of appropriate expenses following her transfer to a school over 30 miles from her home. [12713/00]
The payment of expenses where a teacher is transferred within a VEC scheme is governed by the terms of circular letter No. 20/84, which has general application.
I have had inquiries made with County Mayo VEC which has advised that the appropriate terms of the circular letter are being applied in this case.
