157 Cecilia Keaveney asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the current position in relation to a Land Registry application for a person (details supplied) in County Donegal; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [16221/00]
I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this application refers to a section 49 application, that is, acquisition of title by virtue of long possession – of the Registration of Title Act, 1964 which was lodged on 24 February 2000. I am further informed that queries issued to the applicant's solicitors on 5 May 2000 and that on receipt of a satisfactory response to these queries the matter will be dealt with without delay.
158 Mr. Ellis asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if he will now issue a Land Registry map to a person (details supplied) in County Sligo which was requested on 24 March 2000. [16222/00]
I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this application for a certified copy filed plan was lodged on 24 March 2000 and completed on 31 May 2000.
