519 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Education and Science the position on a school (details supplied) in County Mayo following a recent meeting; if the new school was approved; and, if so, if he will give details of the approval. [23216/00]

Minister for Education and Science (Dr. Woods):

My Department is proceeding with the provision of five classrooms and ancillary accommodation for the school referred to in the details supplied. Architectural planning will be finalised on that basis.
