I have no plans to introduce a grant scheme to encourage investment in recycling infrastructure. However, I understand that my colleague, the Minister for the Environment and Local Government, is currently considering a new grant scheme which would focus on assisting in the achievement of recycling targets incorporated in the emerging regional-local waste management plans.
