219 Mr. Lawlor asked the Minister for Tourism, Sport and Recreation the progress which has been made in establishing guidelines on public private partnership for local authorities; if he has an indicative date for the reporting of the working group with responsibility for drawing up these guidelines which would, for instance, facilitate the adoption of a PPP strategy by South Dublin County Council for the Lucan water leisure facility. I expect to receive the report of the interdepartmental working group, which I established to examine the development of swimming facilities incorporating a public private partnership approach, before the end of the year.
