Vol. 528 No. 3

Written Answers. - Medical Cards.

John McGuinness

Ceist:

130 Mr. McGuinness asked the Minister for Health and Children if he will review an application for a medical card made in 1999 by a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny. [30271/00]

I have been advised by the South Eastern Health Board that it has no record of an application for a medical card by the person concerned at the stated address. However, the board has also advised that if the Deputy can forward any additional details directly to them they will be happy to investigate the matter further.
