Ceist:

165 Mr. Ellis asked the Minister for Health and Children if he will request the North Eastern Health Board to fulfil its commitment to a person (details supplied) in County Leitrim to have her re-admitted to Navan Hospital for a further examination. [3050/01]

The provision of medical treatment to the person in question is a matter for the North Eastern Health Board. My Department has asked the chief executive officer of the board to investigate the position in relation to this case and reply to the Deputy directly.
