223 Mr. G. Mitchell asked the Minister for Health and Children if he will ensure that a person (details supplied) in Dublin 12 is paid the bonus paid to other staff of the Eastern Regional Health Authority; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [5468/01]

Personnel related matters are a matter for the employing agency, in this case the Eastern Regional Health Authority. I have referred the matter to the chief executive officer of the Eastern Regional Health Authority for direct reply to the Deputy.
