Ceist:273 Mr. Lawlor asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government if he will seek a review of the methods by which the public will be informed of both sides of the argument in respect of a referendum on the Nice Treaty, in view of the widespread dissatisfaction in that regard since court judgments required the Government of the day to adopt an even handed approach to referenda.
