363 Mr. G. Reynolds asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the reason for the delay in having the title deeds to land at Glebe, County Leitrim transferred to a person (details supplied) in County Leitrim. [5421/01]
I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this dealing refers to an application for first registration which was lodged on 11 May 1999. I am further informed that the application is in the final stages of completion at present and, subject to no further queries arising, should be completed in the next few weeks.
