Vol. 531 No. 3

Written Answers. - Refusal of Visa.

Eamon Gilmore

Ceist:

362 Mr. Gilmore asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the reason he refused a visa to a person (details supplied). [5420/01]

The application in question is from a person who states that he is the parent of an Irish citizen's child residing with her mother in Ireland. The application was refused because it has not been satisfactorily established, on the basis of the documentation supplied, that the applicant is the father of the child in question.
