447 Mr. M. Higgins asked the Minister for Education and Science if a response to an application by the Maree national school, Gurrane, Oranmore, County Galway, has been issued to the board of management of the school; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [5885/01]
Since the Deputy last raised the question of accommodation for Maree national school, additional information on housing developments in the area has been received by my Department. This information is currently being examined in conjunction with a report from the local inspector and a decision in the matter will issue to the board of management shortly.
