Ceist:94 Mr. Shatter asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the reason a person and her former partner, who gave evidence in court against a member of a major drugs gang, are reported to have been denied entry to the State's witness protection scheme when it is known they are the subject of death threats (details supplied); the criteria for inclusion in the scheme; and the action he proposes to take to protect these persons.
