Ceist:75 Mr. Ellis asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Rural Development if a payment will be made under the REP scheme to a person (details supplied) in County Sligo. [10304/01]
Written Answers. - Rural Environment Protection Scheme.
This case was chosen at random for a pre-payment plan and on-farm inspection. The examination of the plan revealed an issue with regard to ownership of some lands declared. To resolve this issue the applicant was requested to submit an amended plan.
An amended plan was received in my Department on 29 March 2001. The plan is currently being examined and if everything is found to be in order payment will be made as soon as possible.
