149 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Rural Development when payments for a person (details supplied) in County Mayo, based on an area aid submission made in 2000, will issue in view of the changeover from animal based to area based headage payments. [12959/01]
Payment under the area based compensatory allowance scheme should issue to the person named in October 2001 provided her area aid application is in order and she fulfils the terms and conditions of the scheme.
150 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Rural Development when headage payments based on a 2001 area aid submission will issue in view of the changeover from animal based to area based payments. [12960/01]
It is expected that payments under the area based compensatory allowance scheme will commence in October 2001 when all 2001 area aid applications have been processed.
