395 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if he will instruct the Land Registry Office to expedite the issue of a certified map of a folio for a person (details supplied) in County Mayo to allow the construction of their council house to proceed. [13843/01]

I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this application for a copy folio file plan was lodged on 8 May 2001. I am further informed that the application is currently receiving attention and is expected to be completed within the next week.
