319 Mr. Perry asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if he will intervene with the Land Registry and have an application by a person (details supplied) in County Sligo for registration prioritised; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [14770/01]
I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this dealing refers to an application for sub-division which was lodged on 9 May 2001. I can inform the Deputy that, subject to no queries arising, the case should be completed in the next four weeks.

I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that there are no applications for registration pending on the folios mentioned by the Deputy. However, I can inform the Deputy that a copy folio and file plan issued on 30 April 2001 in respect of folios 1392F and 849 of County Sligo. I am also informed that there is an application pending for the issue of a copy folio on folio 761.
