101 Mr. McGuinness asked the Minister for Finance if the submission regarding the funding of third level reach out projects in Kilkenny and Wexford has now been approved; and if the announcement made by the Minister for Education in mid-2000 can now be implemented. [19295/01]

I am considering the submission from my colleague the Minister for Education and Science on the funding of third level reach out projects having regard to all of the various factors involved.

I will contact the Deputy as soon as I have reached a conclusion on the matter.
