Ceist:406 Mr. Gregory asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if the Garda has made progress regarding the spate of burglaries at a location (details supplied) in Dublin 3 in recent weeks. [19594/01]

I am informed by the Garda authorities that Garda investigations into the burglaries in question have successfully led to the recovery of property valued at £3,800 and the arrest and charging of three persons with, variously, burglary and handling stolen property. I am further informed that all three persons will appear in the Dublin Metropolitan District Court in connection with these charges.
