437 Mr. Shatter asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if he has received the annual report for the year 2000 from the Garda Síochána Complaints Board; if not, when he expects to receive it; and when he proposes to lay the report before Dáil Éireann and publish it. [20023/01]

I have not yet received the annual report of the Garda Síochána Complaints Board for the year 2000. The preparation of the annual report is a matter for the board and I understand that the relevant work is under way.
