485 Mr. Sheehan asked the Minister for Education and Science the progress he has made regarding identifying a precise site for a new school at Gaelscoil Beanntra, County Cork, from the four suitable sites inspected by his Department in November 1999; and when finance will be allocated. [19841/01]

In view of the large number of school building projects being dealt with by my Department, it is not possible to say at this point when a site will be acquired or architectural planning initiated for a new school at Gaelscoil Bheanntraí.
