513 Mr. U. Burke asked the Minister for Education and Science the action he proposes to take arising from the inspector's report on the ITT; his views on the financial statements of the ITT; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [20126/01]

I have received the report of the inspector appointed to inquire into certain matters relating to the operation of the Institute of Technology, Tralee. It would not be appropriate for me to make a statement on the matter pending full consideration of the report.
