Ceist:373 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Finance the number of six-day licences which are still in existence. [21415/01]
Written Answers. - Six-day Licences.
I am informed by the Revenue Commissioners that the number of six-day licences still in existence as of 28 September 2001 is 34. A breakdown of this figure is as follows: 23 are current licences, 11 are expired licences. The holders of the expired licences may, however, apply to the Circuit Court for a certificate which would allow Revenue to renew those licences.
