Bruton asked the Minister for Public Enterprise if she has assessed the precedents for State investment in the airline business which has been in accord with State aid rules; if she has communicated formally or informally, a possible approach to State investment in Aer Lingus to the EU Commission; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
