Ceist:353 Mr. Creed asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Rural Development if he will make available to a person (details supplied) in County Cork a copy of his farm plan under the farm modernisation scheme. [2510/02]

Individuals seeking records relating to farm plans should contact directly their local FDS office or their local Teagasc office. It is assumed that the farm plan is being sought in connection with the scheme announced on 20 November 2001 to allocate 32 million litres of milk quota to milk producers who satisfy certain criteria. In this regard, it is a matter for the person concerned to provide the documentary evidence to support his application. Completed applications under this scheme must be made by 28 February 2002.
