Ceist:170 Mr. Boylan asked the Minister for Defence the reason he has not agreed on a sale price for the Market House in Ballyconnell with Cavan County Council. [3594/02]

The offer made by Cavan County Council for the property in question is acceptable to my Department. However, before a contract can be concluded, the question of alternative accommodation for the FCA requires to be resolved. It is hoped to have this matter brought to an early conclusion.
