Ceist:257 Mr. Flanagan asked the Minister for Education and Science if he will proceed with the implementation of the McCarthy report on the future development plans for primary and second level education in Portlaoise in accordance with the McCarthy report as presented in July, 2001 with specific reference to the building of new primary schools, a new vocational school and two new second level schools, and if, having regard to the urgency involved, matters could proceed without delay.
