258 Mrs. B. Moynihan-Cronin asked the Minister for Education and Science if, further to the unsatisfactory replies to Parliamentary Question No. 494 of 19 February 2002, he will clearly state when a remote transport grant payment will be made to the parents of the two children in County Kerry; and the reason for the undue delay in payment of same. Minister for Education and Science (Dr. Woods):

Arrangements for the payment of grants to parents of the two children referred to by the Deputy have been finalised by the school transport section of my Department. The payment is issuing this week.
