441 Mr. Neville asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government if he will approve the application by Limerick County Council to proceed with the refurbishment of houses at Glenma Estate, Croom, County Limerick under the improvement works in lieu scheme. [11406/02]

My Department is currently examining a proposal from Limerick County Council to refurbish houses in Glenma Estate, Croom, under the improvement works in lieu scheme. A decision on the proposal will be made shortly.
