I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that the application for registration of the person mentioned by the Deputy on the first folio number quoted was completed on 9 February 2001. Dealing No. D2001SM000702J refers.
I am further informed that there is no record of an application pending on the second folio number quoted by the Deputy. If he can provide me with the date of lodgement of the application and a land registry reference number I will make further inquiries on his behalf.
