Ceist:240 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if he will instruct the Land Registry Office to expedite a registration dealing for a person (details supplied) in County Mayo. [14895/02]
Written Answers. - Registration of Title.
I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this is an application for Transfer of Part which was lodged on 27 January, 2000. Dealing number D2000SM000545D refers.
I am further informed that there is a Land Commission schedule pending in respect of the second folio number quoted by the Deputy which was lodged on 26 July 1996. Schedule number 92859 refers. The Transfer of Part application cannot be completed until such time as the Land Commission schedule is completed.
I am also informed that a query issued to the Lands Division of the Departure of Agriculture and Food in relation to the schedule application on 29 July 1996 and that the matter will receive further attention on receipt of a reply in relation to this query. I understand that due to the complicated nature of this type of application it is not possible to estimate a date of completion at this time. However, I can assure the Deputy that these applications are receiving attention in the Land Registry.
