The person named inadvertently claimed the same land parcel twice on his 2002 area aid application. This resulted in an apparent overclaim of the parcel.
Following contact by the area aid unit with the herdowner, the error has been rectified and his 2002 area aid application has been fully processed without penalty and with an area determined for payment purposes of 93.46 hectares. The person named will be paid his full entitlement under the 2002 area-based compensatory allowance scheme shortly.

The 2002 area aid application of the person named has been fully processed with an area determined for payment purposes of 15.06 hectares. My Department has no record of an application having been submitted by the person named in respect of the 2002 suckler cow premium scheme.
The person named was paid his full entitlement under the 2002 area-based compensatory allowance scheme on 3 October 2002.
