I met a delegation from the Irish Farmers' Association on 31 October 2002 in relation to its 2003 pre-budget submission. However, as the Deputy will appreciate, in accordance with the usual procedure in the period prior to the budget, it would not be appropriate for me to comment in regard to specific taxation changes.
