354 Mr. O'Shea asked the Minister for Health and Children the proposals he has to grant approval for the complete ambulance brief in regard to the provision of a new ambulance station in Waterford; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [21258/02]
Responsibility for the provision of ambulance services at Waterford Regional Hospital rests with the South-Eastern Health Board. My Department has, therefore, asked the chief executive officer of the board to investigate the position in relation to this matter and reply to the Deputy directly.
