I propose to take Questions Nos. 130 and 275 together.
I have appointed Mr. Donagh O'Donoghue, a serving member of the board, to be the new chairman. I have also filled other vacancies on the board of Bord na Móna, all effective from 13 November 2002.
When I wrote to the chairman of Bord na Móna in July last seeking the views of his board in relation to the company's future strategy and plans, I did not set a timeframe for a response. With a new chairman, a number of new members and with worker director elections shortly, I would not expect a reply until the new board has settled in.
