181 Mr. Deenihan asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food if depopulation grants, under the brucellosis eradication scheme, have now been cleared for payment, for a person (details supplied) in County Kerry; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [23370/02]
Payment of the appropriate reactor compensation cannot issue to the person concerned until the documentation necessary to enable payment to be made has been received from him by the district veterinary office. He has been notified in writing of these requirements on a number of occasions by the district veterinary office.
