92 Mr. Durkan asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food if he will review the refusal of cow and heifer premiums for 1990 in the case of a person (details supplied) in County Kildare; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [26250/02]
As stated in my reply to previous parliamentary questions in this case, the person named was paid on 44 animals under the 1990 suckler cow premium scheme. Heifers were not eligible for premium under the 1990 suckler cow premium scheme. I have no plans to have this case further reviewed.
