361 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if he will ascertain from the Land Registry Office if a person (details supplied) in County Mayo should have three undivided sixty-first parts of the commonage, rather than two. [26801/02]
I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that, as a result of inquiries undertaken by the Land Registry into the registration of this property, it was found that the registration made on foot of the Land Commission application lodged in relation to this property was correct. Any queries on this Land Commission application should be referred to the lands division of the Department of Agriculture and Food.
