399 Mr. Grealish asked the Minister for Transport the situation with regard to the outer bypass for Galway city; if funding is available for this project; when he envisages this project commencing; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [4637/03]

Issues relating to the Galway city outer bypass are for the National Roads Authority in conjunction with the relevant local authority.
