Written Answers. - Defence Forces Property.
The sale of property surplus to military requirements has been under ongoing examination to fund much needed investment to meet the equipment and infrastructure needs of the Defence Forces. Accordingly, I have decided that Belmont Huts, Cobh, County Cork, will be disposed of by public tender. Arrangements will be put in train as soon as possible in this regard. It would be inappropriate of me to disclose a valuation for the property in advance of the sale.
