399 Ms McManus asked the Minister for Health and Children the budget allocated to the Office of Tobacco Control in 2001, 2002 and 2003; the staffing levels for 2001, 2002 and 2003; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [5593/03]

The financial allocations approved in respect of the operation of the Office of Tobacco Control for the years 2001 and 2002 and 2003 were:
